Ok place.

The drinks were delicious. Most of the staff was friendly. Some seemed sad or angry. Really killes the vibe. The food was below average. The rooms were okay?? No dresser so just throw your clothes anywhere. The resort needs some TLC. Will not stay there again.

We just stayed there for a week and it was terrible! The room had a lovely view but was super basic; the beds were uncomfortable and the room itself was very musty smelling with barely- there air conditioning no matter how cool/ cold we set the temperature. The walls between rooms are super thin and it was very noisy. The food in the buffet restaurants was absolutely terrible! Cold food was warm, hot food items were room-temp. Only good dining was the reservation-only restaurant, the taco bar and the breakfast omelette bar. Overall, the place looked clean but the pools were filthy and the gym had an awful smell. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend to friends.

Too many people. Pool crowded. One beer option. Also, a vendor was cursing out my 90 year old mother on the beach for not buying a dress from him. I called security and they took the side of the vendor who was using horrible language with my mother. outrageous. The hotel staff did nothing when we complained to the front desk. We wont be going back.
