Apparently they just got new computer software and the staff had not been adequatly trained on it because the person helping me k ew nothing and struggled and took much longer than it should. Several people backed up in lobby waiting also.

This hotel exceeded my expectations which, to be fair, were not sky high, but I give credit where it's due. The property is much improved under Wyndham management. The rooms are older but refurbished and functional. The breakfast was solid. Front desk was friendly. About what I would expect at this price point but sadly, many hotels these days badly disappoint.

Went to the front desk daily saying my room keys didn’t work. One would let me in from outside and the other into the room out of the two they gave me. They would run them through their machine then give them back saying the machine says they work. They never did properly and sometimes it would take several tries The hallways and my room had the smell of mold, marijuana and cleaning supplies. The tv remote wouldn’t turn the volume down and it would skip 2-3 channels when charging channels.

It definitely was not as nice as the pictures show. On line it looks more higher class but when u get there it was definitely more on tje worn out side of things. Definitely could use some updating & building smelled lil musty. But overall the staff was super nice & respectful

I liked the pool and hot tub.

The key cards don’t work, the rooms smell of mildew and mold. There are always people smoking by the entrance and side doors. Had to have our key cards done multiple times a day.

Older building and a bit dark feeling. Beds were much more firm than usual hotel stays. Otherwise things were good and no issues. Thanks!!

We got there and checked in then got our stuff packed up to the 3rd floor no elevators, went to use the hot tub and swimming pool which was decent but the hot tub jets so overwhelming it was more of a water war. Then we go back to the room to shower the showers got cleaners in it, find out the water doesnt even work in our room. So we call and report it. They explain to me how to use the shower then they try to come show us then they switch us rooms do to it not working. Then we get a new room and the showers got cleaner sprayed but has hair in. Id say its a safe bet some of the janitorial staff really only does the bare minimum for appearance and not cleanliness

The smell in the hall was really bad, the room was less so, but it wasn’t good, silver type items were covered in rust in the pool bathroom and other items were broken and or/stained, dirty, or falling apart. The pool was nice and warm, so was the hot tub, but the pool especially needs re-painted or resurfaced. It looked very dirty, though I think it just needs maintaining. I was very disappointed because for what we paid was too much for what it was. We didn’t go with grand expectations, but it definitely fell short.

the nightly rate was reasonable. The hotel breakfast was in a tiny room, hot, full of guests and limited selection for food. The room was adequate, but nothing to recommend to friends or choose again.

Room next to me was in and out every 3 minutes between the hours of 10 pm and 3 am both nights I was there. Doesn't take a genius to figure out what that means. According to the 'ol Fitbit, got a total of five hours of sleep over two nights. Pay the money and go somewhere else.

The other reviewers are right. The hotel has a pretty awful smell as do the rooms. Front desk staff was really quite rude and I always treat staff well and normally so it was disheartening. But the most serious issue with the room, which was an accessible room, was that there were no outlets for my partner and I's CPAPs. I had called before arriving to make sure the CPAPs weren't an issue And I was told there was no issue. There was a very old and beat up power strip that was only accessible by moving the bed. I am disabled and could've never done this myself - this is an accessible room. I have a really good attitude about hotels that aren't the most modern, but I definitely will not stay here again despite the awesome price.

Staff was a little surly; would not let us check in 20 minutes early. Place really needs an upgrade: carpets are horrible. Wear socks. And while the sheets were clean, the blanket was some sort of nasty sticky foam product. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Like: the price, breakfast included, staffs are efficient and friendly. Dislike: the room smells bad like mildew or musty
