I absolutely adored my king suite. Pet friendly and large and spacious. The hotel was so clean and service was wonderful. Their breakfast is a real plus!! Pool and hot tub was so nice and warm.

I booked this hotel room for my wife. She is traveling alone on this trip which allows comes with a lot of concern for me when she is traveling alone. She door dashed food since she doesn’t not know the area and when the food was on its way the person at the counter told her she was not allowed to pick up food in the welcome area of the hotel.
So he told my wife she had to go back to her room and wait until the dash driver showed up to her room.
Now call me crazy but a woman traveling alone should not be told she has to wait at her room until a complete stranger shows up and she is now alone with no help or anyone to see if something was wrong or goes sideways.
Obviously that doesn’t happen all the time but it does. Happen. We will not be stopping here on our way back together from our trip or on any other up coming trips in the future.

The 2nd room we stayed in was great. Clean, smelled good, and beds were comfortable, but the first room we had smelled like urine and there was hair on the toilet seat. The front desk person gave us a bit of a hassle when we asked to switch rooms. He said he had to come up to our room and smell it himself. Then he said he didn’t smell anything, but we insisted that we did and we were the ones that were going to be sleeping in there, so then we had to go back downstairs so he could see what roo. To switch us to. It wasted our time and seemed unnecessary. Once we switched rooms, everything was fine.

Bed was not great but we were exhausted. Air conditioning unit wasn’t uncomfortably loud. Shower had mid pressure but was hot! Bathroom was very small. Overall worked fine for one night and price was right. 3/5 stars with very nice staff

About 10 minutes after I booked the room they called to tell me that they didn’t have my room due to overbooking. And to call who I booked it with for a refund. Then 10 minutes after that they called to tell me they had a room with a king and sofa bed. Which I had originally booked a room with two beds. So I agreed and when we got there I was pleasantly surprised of how big the room was and it had two sofas that turned into beds! It was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids, so we had plenty of room!!

Very clean room, and the dining and breakfast area was phenomenally clean with a well chosen variety of breakfast foods! Excellent and courteous front desk staff, And Never have I ever used a quiet flushing toilet! Big WOW on that amenity! My husband and I were very pleased. 5 stars and applause for Best Western plus!

The stay was pleasant and my family really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great, coffee is tasty, great selection of food, especially was surprised by fresh and tasty fruits that were offered. Staff is polite and makes you feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

First the good, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bad, outside our room anywhere in the hotel it was hot. Not only that but this hotel has an odor. We couldn't figure it out, but if you've smelled this before you know it. Didn't matter where you were the smell was there. Breakfast was not good either. I try to be pretty fair, but it just wasn't good. Finally, room service did not check the clocks in our room when they cleaned and the alarm clock in the room went off at 2:30 am, which when you don't know how to work it and it's dark is a bad combination. We've stayed at other hotels in the area for about the same rate and they were better. I guess this would do in a pinch, but we don't be back.

The alarm clock was set to go off at 6:00am, and it was a holiday weekend. Then the clock alarm in the next room went off continuously. Staff should check alarm clocks to make sure they are OFF.
