The hotel is well located in Salamanca and walking distance to most sights. The staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. The bed was quite firm and whilst some people prefer that, I found it too uncomfortable for me.

Some people wrote bad reviews is not true ! We like this hotel . Parking is small but even good enough for my Range Rover . Will come back staff excellent well done !

The only problem was I wasn’t told there was a huge parking fee. When I went to leave they tried to charge me but I refused to pay because I wasn’t told before hand. Other than that great place to stay very central and great service.

The room was very clean, it looks like the hall and room were just rehabbed. Beds were good. Location is a 7-8 minute walk to the old town Plaza Mayor. Many restaurants, shopping, people watching.

Somewhat stuffy hotel but good location for historic center, train and bus stations. Several restaurants within easy reach. Breakfast has a lot of variety but the best thing about it is the fresh fruit. Thermostat didn't work for heat which only came out of the bathroom radiator.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago. The Hotel has undergone an update. The room had a lot of charming decorations. It was very clean, the bed was good, breakfast for a fee. Located in an excellent area for acess to the old town.

The room was nice, the wifi worked well, and the bathroom was huge compared to most places we'd stayed. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor, with many sites to see in between. I would rebook this place without a second thought, it was that great.

Great location of hotel in city center. The hotel has a very classy, stylish interior in the lobby and rooms. Really liked it.
