Hotel was in a great location. Elevator is very small so you may have to take turns if you have a lot of bags. Would stay again

Great hotel right in the centre . Our Junior suit was nice and comfortable we had a large bathroom and a bidet.The moment you step outside the hotel you are in the shopping st and one of the nicest old town . The only criticism
I have is they charged 50 euro for a a night for the car park.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond, they accommodated our dietary requirements daily, helped celebrate my wifes birthday with an egg free cheesecake. And made the trip easy

Hotel is lovely, very convenient for everything. Not loud at all very quiet and peaceful. Staff were excellent especially Giusy who was absolutely lovely and couldn’t be more helpful

We loved our Verona hotel, the property is small and beautiful. Extremely well maintained and welcoming, the junior room was fantastic and the little welcome gift was a nice touch.
But the best part of the hotel was the staff; extraordinary service, from check into check out it was flawless.
If you are in Verona we strongly recomend you give NH collection a chance
