The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We were pleased with our stay and would stay here again. Great, affordable place.

The hotel staff are lovely. We had a noisy fridge in our room and they came to unplug it. Not a problem for us as we didn’t need it. The breakfast offering was good. The hotel was conveniently close to the boarder crossing.

I booked a hotel and didn’t realize it was in Canada so I paid for a room and couldn’t stay because I had no passport with me I’m so upset I lost my money

The best thing that I can say about this hotel was that the staff were all friendly and helpful. The place has 2 floors and no elevator and they couldn't give us a room on the main floor. We had a double queen room on the second floor. We felt very crowded in it and the bathroom was so small that we couldn't manage the toilet without bumping into the vanity. The room had a fridge, microwave and a mickey mouse one cup coffee maker (not a Keurig). The coffee was quite good. There was an automatic coffee pot in the lobby that gave good coffee by pushing a button. Their soda machine wasn't operable so they turned a blind eye to people using the juice machine in the lobby. The hotel was old and outdated, the carpets in the halls and on the stairs were stained and dirty. The menu for breakfast was identical every day - pork sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bread or bagels for toasting, waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit (most of which wasn't ripe). The road trip was horrible to get there but it was very close to the border.

Clean but tired. Carpets throughout and chairs in breakfast area are worn. Bathrooms are nicely updated. Great shower. Hoping they keep continuing with upgrades. A bit pricey for what you get.

This is a very friendly place. It’s close to the peace bridge crossing into Buffalo from Fort Erie. It’s full by midnight and it’s empty by mid morning. The staff is excellent- so very helpful. We had a great night sleep, quiet, clean and plentiful linens and an excellent breakfast buffet constantly replenished. This is certainly one of my favourite Comfort Inn locations on a road trip.

This is a very friendly place. It’s close to the peace bridge crossing into Buffalo from Fort Erie. It’s full by midnight and it’s empty by mid morning. The staff is excellent- so very helpful. We had a great night sleep, quiet, clean and plentiful linens and an excellent breakfast buffet constantly replenished. This is certainly one of my favourite Comfort Inn locations on a road trip.
