Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly

Nice and clean and quiet, bed was super comfy i legit wanted to steal the pillows they were so nice, hot breakfast every morning and super friendly staff, only two complaints were that the guest laundry isn't free and don't offer detergent and the vending machine was down all they offered were drinks behind counter for a marked up price for cash only.

The room it self was nice. New carpet , beds were comfortable. The bathroom was divided with the sink outside - but the room for the toilet and tub are tiny. And the bathtub while clean was old and nicked and the shower head leaked. Breakfast was as expected . The staff was very nice.

Older styles and very dated decor. Beds not comfortable at all. We stayed 10hours and didn’t get more than 4 hours sleep due to the mattresses. Breakfast was ok few nice choices. Would not go back

It was a very nice room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were absolutely amazing. Only thing i would say bad is that the shower head needs updating.

I did not end up staying there. The parking lot was dark, when we got off the elevator for our room there was a man sleeping on the couch. I did not feel safe and asked for our money to be refunded.

The towels are awful, so little and feel like rags. My bath sink pipe was leaking and was told by front desk it would be fixed that day and it wasn’t, I had to move rooms.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Accommodated my request for 1st floor room (easier to take dogs out). Room was clean and comfortable, although bed was a bit soft. Breakfast was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay here at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western was excellent! We enjoyed the swimming pool. The hot breakfast was excellent and was just what we needed before we headed out. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and updated. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Lobby nice clean. However the beds you sunk into them in the middle, worst beds out of any hotel stay plus the room we ran was very noisy. I don't know if they were prepping for breakfast food or just banging items. I think the office was behind it. We mentioned something to the staff when we left. They said we had to take it up with. Expedia, we have not had any results yet

Trainwreck. Wet floor in room from leaky fridge. Imagine the mold ! Dirty sheets - are you serious? Towels that are so thin you can see through them. They are as rough as sandpaper. Musky smell in entire place. TV that works but misses about every 4 words. Real fun to watch. Please take your business elsewhere. Place is a joke.
