The check-in took almost 30 mins. There was only one attendant, and several guests arriving. One attendant said he was closing his check-in counter, and left. The hotel should have put someone else or authorise him to do overtime, for there were several guests waiting, and it was close to 11 PM.

Shower not as clean as expected. The mat on the beds were dirty. Convinient Transfer from/to the airport. Restaurant with a buffet was ok

Though it suggest airport transfer is included on Hotel.com website they do not transfer to terminal 3 and it was a disappointment

Transfer from airport occurs only each hour and after noon there is no shuttle by two hours. You propably are going take a taxi. The bedroom walls are so thiny you feel what happens on the beside.

Terrible place. Terrible front desk people. Do not go to this terrible place. I will sue them for not having the room ready when they Expedia told me the room was ready.

A good basic hotel for a stay near the airport for transient movement. Rooms were clean and tidy but basic. Check in chaotic as groups arrive in buses. Mini bar service is expensive.

Very clean and comfortable stay... Terrific staff service, a very efficient in and out. Internet was unreliable and dining area was cramped but food was great.

It is clean and the restaurant here was nice. Great location to get to the airport but that is about it. The Taxi had a hard time finding it. There are no food options around and it is not in a walkable area. But if you are just headed to the airport this place is great and even has a shuttle.

It was good for my purposes, a place to spend the night before I catch my next flight. No issues with the shuttle, check in was smooth, enjoyed the breakfast as well.
