Hotel with medium value for money. Positive: Central location with walking distance to old town. Big room with refrigerator. Free parking in streets not far from hotel. Friendly staff. Bus tickets included (but of course as part of room price). Negative: Room description says "clima control" - our reason for choosing this hotel. But no such thing - we had to sleep with open window to noisy street and still hot.

I very much appreciate the front desk staff for looking and actioning my requests. Front desk were very quick and efficient, left my bag after check out and despite queue was able to quickly retrieve bag. Room was fine, standard three star, clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a convenient location next to the train station and some rooms offer a nice view of the water. The rooms and the hotel itself are a little out-dated and would need some renovation. The hotel uses corona restrictions to offer you no service at all: no bar, restaurant, luggage deposit, etc. Breakfast was reduced to a preselected dish, however price is still on the level of the former buffet. I stayed at many hotels during corona times and each of them handled the situation much better.

The hotel was in perfect location close to the station and super clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and they offered a lot of extras to make the stay comfortable. Highly recommend! You also get a ticket for all public transport on you arrival and departure day for free.

Handy location for the station, but away from the town centre. Most of the hotel rooms seem to have an adjoining (locked) door to the adjacent room, which gives very poor soundproofing between the two.

Very comfortable hotel near the railway station. Receptionist very helpful. Had a free local travel pass to travel around local area and the nearby island.

Stralsund is a beautiful city with a compact center. This hotel is located in walking minutes from citycenter and next to railwaystation. Good choice and value for money. Parking no problem and strong wifi free of charge.

Great stay, good price and great breakfast. The town is lovely with loads of old buildings and family activities.

Public transport vouchers issued by the Hotel free, enable you to use the town transport . Stroll into the old town, just 500 metres away. For more adventure purchase a very cheap ticket from reception for bus and DB rail tranport on the whole of Rugen Island. All this can be tried after partaking of a great breakfast in the panoramic windowed hotel dining room on the top floor. What a view !
