The property was nice but room given was full of bed bugs. We had to request to be moved to another room during the middle of the night and not even an apology was given for the inconvenience.

I like Holyday inn express and also like Hampton Hilton hotel
Due to the fact that because of a bad weather and when you just off the airport and try to go get your rental car and it’s raining dogs and cat's,!!
Streets are turning into rivers in matter minutes
And Expidia always hide my trips information and the email that I high liter it’s gone and I forgot which hotel I booked,
And as I drive back to the airport to get to a higher grounds I saw 👀 that hotel Hampton Hilton hotel I said that’s the one I don’t see any other big hotel near the air port so I pay for one night at :Hilton and I went left my lagage at the room my wife and I we are hungry we when to eat : 🌶️ chiles restaurant in our way back I I see the holiday inn express and told my wife that’s the one so I walk to the receptionist and by the way they were very nice young lady’s that did return my money and they call Holyday inn express to see if was booked there and they told them Yess send them here .
So for that I am thankful 🙏 I did thank them for their help because Expidia not help you reservations some how they hide them and when you are trying to find your hotel and try to relax after getting off the airport,
Yeah that’s my story every thing it’s okay it just when you want to get back and try to find on the bottom of the page where it says trips it’s says you don’t have no up coming trips.
And because here in Mexico they act like o no that’s not our problem if you can find that email we can’t not help.

This has been the third time I’ve stayed at the hotel and have done so because of their shuttle service for an early flight. However, I had never had the opportunity to take advantage of the breakfast, which I will say was a delicious one!
One thing I was disappointed with was the fact that I had called a day before to schedule my pick up at night from the airport. The front desk mentioned that the shuttle would be arriving at the airport at 12:30am and depart by 12:40pm. They asked me to call them once I was outside with my luggage to direct me to the pick up area. I walked out at 12:35am, called the hotel 3-times and no answer. Until finally they answered and said the shuttle had departed from the airport at 12:30am. I was lied to. I had to then take a taxi and pay $350 pesos for that ride.

There's no convenience store anywhere near i needed a brush didn't find one also they don't have a laundry room or machines to wash clothes.

The employee at check-in was a bit rude and not welcoming at all. She treated us as if we were beneath her.

The air conditioning was not working correctly, so the room was not cool. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

Great stay, the staff were friendly and helpful , the room was comfortable and very clean, the bed was excellent and the breakfast wasn’t bad at all. The only issue we had was one elevator wasn’t working at the time of our stay so the other one was very slow due to high usage
