Not only was this property breathtaking, Tula and the entire staff were extremely kind, helpful, and warm. The best part of our visit to Greece was our stay at the Pyrgos Blue. This hotel is a mere 10 minute walk from the city and party scene which my mom and I greatly appreciated because we didn’t want to be immersed with the spring break crowd. The rooms and common areas of the property were clean. The pool had a breathtaking and undisturbed view of the sea. The food served at the restaurant/bar on site was excellent. Everything about this hotel was divine.

Lovely beachfront hotel, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely views, swimming pool, restaurant and bar with tasty cocktails and food. Would definitely book again.

Excellent choice of hotel in Malia, superbly run and great attention to detail. The sea view suites are definitely worth the little extra. By far a better choice than some of the crowded beach front hotels further down the beach. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Huge thanks to Tula and all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Pyrgos Blue is a fantastic little hotel. It is a little out of town but still walking distance and better that it was as you are not around all the bars and night life. Although if walking at night you will need a torch as it has fields around it and not much street light. If you have a car as we did it’s not an issue. We had a sea view suite which was fully renovated and just beautiful. A lovely view and right on the beach. A tip is that although they look like the same building. Pyrgos blue and Pyrgos beach are two different hotels.

The hotel has a lovely view right on the beach and the rooms were more than adequate, however the shower was a little on the small side. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Manos was particularly lovely and always made us feel welcome and made great (strong) cocktails. The hotel bar did great food and cocktails and is right on the water. The pool was a great size with plenty of very comfy loungers. Great quiet and relaxed wee hotel away from the loud malia strip but close enough to be walking distance, very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend especially for couples.

Beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset. Only about 400m from the downtown are, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.
