The staff were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure you felt welcomed and was ready to assist in any situation that you might have had. From helping you find transportation to making sure you had all the things necessary to make sure your stay was a perfect one. They cared…I highly recommend!!

The coffee shop should close much later. Some people like the option for purchasing a quick in room snack without leaving the property in the evening or night

AMAZING hotel with amenities. The only reason it got 4 stars is because parking is expensive ($70 for valet and then you have all these hidden fees). Staff is super nice and kind.

Remarkable property. Large, well laid out rooms and bathroom. Comfortable and clean. Great location in the city steps from shopping, sightseeing and tours. Highly recommend!

We messaged the property 3 days prior to our arrival asking for an early check-in. They never responded. When we arrived, the front desk clerk did not acknowledge our unanswered message, told us curtly our room was not available and that we would get a text. No effort was made to expedite the preparation of our room. Hours later, still no text from the hotel so we returned and was told by another clerk that it was still not ready and nothing could be done. Not happy with this lack of service, we spoke to another front desk associate, Farnaz. She was fantastic. She addressed the situation immediately, had our room ready within 10 minutes and followed up during the day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A true professional and class act. Loews Chicago is very lucky to have her because our stay and review would have been very different if it wasn’t for Farnaz.

Great hotel

One night stay. Area is convenient to shopping, some dining, navy pier and river. We walked around a lot and never worried about safety. Of course you can’t be stupid. Uber was readily available. Staff was great, especially front desk both at checkin and checkout. Would definitely come back for a longer stay and take in more of the sights. Except the bears.

I was very disappointed to find out that the pool was out of service when I specifically booked this hotel for the pool. It was not communicated ahead of time. However, the property was clean and the staff was very friendly.
