The sheets had hair on them. Pillow cases smelled. This hotel needs upgraded.

Nice large comfortable room with a view of a used car parking lot. But we didn’t go for the view. The room needs a chair or couch or something to sit on rather than just an office chair and bed.

Everything was great except....parking availability due to meeting - and those folks were parked in the Fire Lane, which is a safety concern for me.

Customer service was nice and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and spacious but we booked the hotel because I have kids who love to swim. The disappointment was that the indoor pool was cold and dirty. The hot tub water was green and smelled stagnant. Could tell both have not been cleaned in a while. Usually you could smell the chlorine but this one you couldn’t.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean. However, the exterior and interior public areas need a good cleaning. Outside was pretty dirty with trash and cigarette butts. The inside hallways looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in sometime. The elevator door tracks were filled with dirt and grime.

This hotel is easy to get to off the interstate. Conveniently located for easy travel. The parking is well lighted and we felt safe staying here. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and the eating area is clean with plenty of tables. We actually tried to book this hotel again on our way back through Albuquerque but it was already sold out.

It was very clean room and the bed was a 10 👍👍. I didn’t like the shower, the water is coming out slow and low and the floor in the shower was very slippery, I almost fell. Need to put some none slip in there.

Door on my room was propped open when I got to it evidently house keeping does this sometimes according to front desk but anyone could have been in my room all day… super unsafe

Handle on bathroom sink non functional and unable to get hot water at sink - had to make do by utilizing shower as source. Tile floors had black footprints (lack of proper cleaning) all over. Refrigeration compartment was inoperable because entire area was frozen over with ice. Very disappointing for an IHG facility.

The room was nice and great the only things is there is blood stains on the bed sheets and blankets in on of the bed since my room has 2 bed. Bathroom was nice and big the only problem with the bathroom water pressure was low and toilet was to small.

No parking space was large enough to park in & still be able to get out of the car. They were so narrow. I believe it is illegal to make a parking space so narrow. A building has to have so many spaces to accommodate the amount of occupants the building requires. I will be looking in to that & reporting it if that is the case. I was told by the person checking us in to park in the fire lane & that cars always park there. I will report that for sure. If the building needs firefighters to get into the parking lot then lives could be in danger. This is the worst parking situation I have ever seen in my 60 years of life. The breakfast was horrible. I will never stay here again.

We had no problems. The room met all of our expectations. My wife, who is disabled, fell and the staff was unwilling to assist her, but we were able to get her upright without their help. Apart from that, we have no complaints.

Good and reasonably priced overnighter hotel well situated. I just wished they had an extra chair in the bedroom. It should be standard when the room has two beds.

It was a pleasant check-in. The room is impeccably clean although some of the towels are kind of old but the cleanliness compensates for it. We had a comfortable sleep, the sheets and linens smells fresh. This hotel is highly-recommended

Helpful staff. We prrefer sink separate from toilet in a a suite not all together as it was here. Pool uncomfortablely cold.
