I was a little skeptical because of the price and the area but we were actually pretty pleased with our stay. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. Only downfall was no breakfast or hair dryer in the room. I will also mention the beds and pillows definitely aren’t Hilton material but it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve slept on.

Easy stay. Got in late and they were helpful. The bathroom could use a little TLC but overall was nice and simple.

Great value. Rooms have been updated. I left my apple watch behind and they called me to let me know. Excellent service. Easy access to downtown Columbus

The TV initially didn't work come to find out it wasn't even hooked up got that fixed and then all of a sudden the air even set at 66 degrees the room still felt like it was 75° in there couldn't get a hold of anybody cuz nobody was in the lobby or the office the front desk whatever you want to call it and then the TV stopped working again and this time it said it was temporarily out of service and that was Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning still not working and they have roaches I have contacted my bank, since I used them for my payment I have contacted the hotel requesting my refund because that is just disgusting I also attached the picture of one of the bugs that I was able to snap a picture of. I would like a refund. That was so nasty and you couldnt contact them since no one was at the front desk, no answer and the room phone didnt work either

My husband needed a room to stay in on his way home from a trip due to being ill. The room wasn’t cleaned and very dirty.

The floor wasn't the cleaniest you can tell it had not been mopped/vacuumed. I was provided clean towels during my stay. Refrigerator wasn't the cleanest, but it did keep things cold. Can't speak for anyone else, but I have yet to receive my deposit refund. When I call to follow up on it, I get the same associate no matter what time I call, and I can tell I'm getting on his nerves by calling. Had to run the shower for over an hour before it got even a little bit warm to take a nice shower. The tv barely worked, WiFi was shotty. There were multiple stink bugs in the room on the ceiling. My husband told me to ignore them after I made it remove the 4th one from the room because he was tired of getting them for me. Oh yea and when I did finally take a shower, as I was drying off…… I noticed a pretty long piece of hair stuck to my body from the towel….. do yall really wash the bath towels??? I damn near want a refund but my husband told me not to bother.

It is a low budget facility so you get what you are paying less for.

Air conditioner in RM 161 does not work. Made sleeping very uncomfortable. When I checked in air cond was already on the lowest setting and turned on.

This was my go to hotel when I'm in Grove City. It has gone down dramatically. I should've known by the horrible customer service at the front desk but I chanced it anyway. I was moved from one room (rudely by staff) because the door wouldn't lock properly. I had to beg to be moved.
They put me in a room with a lumpy bed, an odor and a broken A.C.
