The town is absolutely beautiful and the beach was so clean. The strip/boardwalk was decent, aside from the one way traffic. Overall it was nice with alot of food olaces and little shops. The apartment we got was decent. Location was great and it was nice and quiet. Only "issue" was its outdated. Spot in ceiling in shower around pipe that needs repair. Cupboards were bubbling and had bare minimum as far as dishes, cups, etc. Also the wood on stairs if back porch was VERY weak and we were nervous to walk on them so we didnt utilize it. Was decent but not great for the price.

We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.

The stove and refrigerator were dirty . There wasn't a night stand next to my side of the bed so that I could read, until I got drowsy. There were no outlets next to the bed so that you could plug in a phone or sleep apnea machine. An extra towel bar is needed and a space to put toiletries in the bathroom. There was no place to hang a bathrobe in the bathroom. It was cold and there was only a spread on the bed; and we were told that we didn't need heat in the place. We had to move a chair to plug in the TV. The window was left unlocked and we were on the ground floor. The place needs a lot of work and the inside view of the place didn't look like the picture on the Internet. By the way, we ssupposedly got a an upgrade.

The staff is amazing and makes you feel right at home! Super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them. They have a bunch of properties all down M. They can accommodate large parties and small! We will definitely be going back and renting with them!

This place was a DUMP. As we are unloading the car my 4 year old grandson discovered a mound of dog poop at the base of the back door stairs . I immediately went to the office and Igor

This was a last minute booking so our options were limited. The only bright spot was the location to the Seafood Festival. Upon entering the room, there was a pronounced smell of air freshener. The room is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Obvious signs of water leakage in bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on (soft and slanted). The remote control for TV did not work/ desk clerk said to find a volume we were comfortable with by adjusting on back of television. Definitely not worth the money we spent for one night. Would not recommend any of their properties that they own.

The person at check in was very nice, but that’s the only positive thing about the hotel. The room was in very poor condition, with duck taped floors and broken floor pieces and mold in the shower. The beds were the worst beds we have ever slept in. Squeaky, uncomfortable that even a blow up mattress would have been better. The hotel is positioned across from a busy bar, so there was a lot of noise level till 4:30 am. The walls are paper thin that you could clearly here the neighbors talking. During seafood fest, the cost is doubled. So to pay $220 for this room was extremely disappointing. I never give poor ratings for a hotel because there are usually pros and cons about all accommodations, but this was completely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
