Starting with the negative- kids in the jacuzzi jumping around doing cannonballs into it bumping into me and others and no apology parent didn’t care the kids then started was screaming at a spa hotel which is for relaxing!!!?? I would suggest a kids only section and a adult only section
The towel pick up and drop off was only open once when I went there surly they can have a rack of towels and a drop off section ?
The positive- clean, friendly staff, good location with excellent views,pet friendly ( Friendly cats on site), good selection on breakfast buffet, amazingly large cactus, looks fancy in pictures, nice pools, nice size room and bathroom with a good balcony size

From start to finish the customer service was inconsistent including many examples of conflicting information. Our room was very warm and despite having AC we learned there is a limit to the lowest temp it can be set to. When we asked for a fan we learned we would have to pay for it and that the minimum rental was 7 days , so regardless of the fact when we asked we were down to 5 nights left we would still have to pay for 7.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel. I was completely blown away the moment I checked in till the minute I checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Gran Canaria. I will definitely return again.

A fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel and resort. It was clean, tidy and all the staff were very friendly. My only criticism would be the buffet dinners did not cater well for young children/babies.

Excellent hotel for a solo traveller looking for an indulgent and luxury break. Beautiful grounds amazing views and pools. Everything you want within walking distance. Staff are amazing. Nothing is a problem. Breakfast was amazing too as are the restaurants and pool bars. Will definetly be coming back. My happy place!

The are many very large and very nice pools on the property. We couldn't find the time to visit them all. They have several good dining options at the hotel. The spa is extremely nice, but book a day in advance. Lots of shops nearby too. And there is a casino right there in the hotel.
