The Marker is a wonderful hotel near all you want to do in Key West. Great pools with live music in the afternoons and close to amazing restaurants on the pier. Would highly recommend

We love the Marker. The staff is wonderful. If you need a concierge, Sabrina and Rachel are helpful and charming. Karolina and Jason at the pool bar are friendly and fun. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient and having bikes to rent on site makes getting to the southern part of the island quick and easy. The rooms are clean and large. If you would like a quieter room, I would suggest a room on the serenity pool or garden view. If you would like a Key West experience room with live music floating through the palms and sound of pool or boats, I suggest pool view or harbor view. This was a trip with friends and couples and we all enjoyed meeting at the pool and hitting the live music at the establishments nearby for happy hour and beyond. Truly a gem in KW! Thank you to The Marker!

The post-Covid adjustments are obvious. Less staff, slower services, and shorter hours for the restaurant.

The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. We rented a golf cart for a day through the hotel concierge. The room was perfect and just what we wanted. The daily maid service was excellent. We were greeted every day by the hotel staff who were also very helpful. The pool area was great and we enjoyed the daily entertainment offered. The hotel bar and restaurant were great and had a nice selection to choose from. The food was very good along with the drinks from the bar.We look forward to returning next year.

The property was well located and within walking distance to many places. The rooms weren’t clean enough for the price we payed. We had so type of food stains in the covers, dust in the furniture and a weird smell in the room. The extra charge for the resort fee was outrageous and parking is extra on top of the pricey stay. We got were able to enjoy the sister hotel The southernmost Resort and we enjoyed it more, the vibe was better and fun. The hotel staff was very welcoming.

Check out was at 11, and they refused to allow us even one more hour even though it was a Wednesday, of a slow week, and they had many of every single room style showing available for sale. Charged us an extra $309 AFTER check out, that they say was “just for incidentals.” We didn’t park, eat , or drink, anything

The property and staff were great! The location was fantastic and we loved the large balcony! The only thing that we found a bit out of line was $40 per day parking along with a separate $50 per day resort fee. With taxes it was $100 more a day added on.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved the amenities and location. The pool, along with the bar and live music on a Tuesday afternoon were so great! The staff was very communicative, friendly and helpful every step of the way. We'll definitely be back!

Good selection of beverages and really good food at the pool bar if you do not want to rum out for lunch. AC was cold and shower was hot every day too. We were there when they were very busy so an early check in could not happen so plan on 4pm. Will definitely use the Marker as our go to KW place in the future because its an easy walk to everywhere we enjoy hitting.
