Lovely room, great spa bath and comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to the city centre and very convenient for SH1 North and South. The only minus is the lack of any clothes storage in the room - no wardrobe or chest-of-drawers. Highly recommended for short-stays up to a few days. Would recommend for longer (we stayed 4 nights) if they sort out the storage - there is at least plenty of room for a few drawers.

We’ve often stayed here but this is our first time back following the renovations. Super clean. Nice new neutral colour scheme. Good quality furniture and fittings. Lovely staff. Easy parking. Overall what was nice has been made much better.

Very new and clean, comfortable bed, quiet when sleep. location is good, close to city, hospital. Only 10 mins to Whangarei falls. Nice and friendly staff.

The unit is big and clean with everything we need. The location is perfect as it is on SH1 and only few minutes to the centre. I will definitely back next time if I go to north again

Convenient and great location, worth for the price.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. My reservation that I booked through hotels.com was supposed to be a 1 bdrm unit with kitchen but we were put in a studio. The receptionist showed me that we paid for the studio price even though our paperwork described the 1 bdrm. So when they received the money and reservation from hotels.com they booked us in the studio. So there is a miscommunication between the hotel and hotels.com. The room was fine, the beds were uncomfortable only because the mattresses were caved in/not firm in some spots but we had enough pillows to fill in the gorges. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful!
