The weatherstripping on the doors was nonexistent. It’s been painted so many times there is no cushion to keep the warm air in or the cold air out. It’s on the edge of the ocean. It’s kind of important.

I found the room suitable for my needs. I would have liked more pillows, or firmer pillows. I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff, and the 24-hr complimentary hot drinks in the lobby were great during cold weather. The breakfast was adequate. The spa was under repair during my stay, so I can't comment on that.

Room was clean. No hot water. Toilet was loose. Furniture was old. Outside parking lot entrance into room. Room 108 had two doors to the outside parking lot. Very strange and a little unsafe. Surroundings were dark.

Kind of boring big room clean. Hard to get into. Had to step up one big bowl. 14-in depth to get in the room I went to the breakfast and there was really nothing very appealing. Three stars out of five

Only stayed the one night. Right next to a movie theater, and a small strip mall containing Ross for Less, Harbor Freight, and several other small businesses and eateries. Very nice location.

We booked specifically because they have a hot tub. Hot tub was not in service. Staff said the owners don’t tell anyone or update website to say the hot tub is not working. $200 for a room on an off season Tuesday and no hot tub, not coming back.

They should label this one a motel, not a hotel or Inn. Old and dated. 3 separate buildings, had to park far from room.

It was a good stay. I have been there before and it was fine. I was disappointed the spa was not working on this visit.

We weren't told they only clean and restock the room every 3rd day. We had to reteieve our own towels daily and leave the dirty towels outside the door on the sidewalk and the same with our full garbage cans. All at the instructions of the cleaning staff. Our neighbors let us know they found mold behind their bed and was checking out. We were afraid to look and stayed our 3 nights...

The property was very rundown shower broken water sprayed all over the floor . Bedroom floor was dirty had to wear our shoes
But the Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Pros: The room design was brilliant. The placement of the bathroom and the toilet being far away from everything. It was a spacious room with huge TV. Beds were clean and they were comfortable. Location was amazing. It was walking distance to almost everything including Safeway.
Cons: Poor breakfast. Not even bacon.

The breakfast was good, however, booking 3 rooms with Expedia for this property was to be charged on date of arrival - and I was charged for a total of 3 rooms when reservation was made. When I called the hotel, staff stated that that was Expedia's responsibility - and of course, there is no way to contact Expedia directly.

The food is bad. Plan not to eat there. Other than fruits, waffles that you make, and yogurt everything else is garbage. Everything is from concentrate, eggs, sausage, even coffee.
