I travel extensively for both business and leisure, and I've stayed in a wide variety of hotels over the years. However, my recent stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay away. Firstly, the nightly rate is exorbitant for a low-star hotel of this kind. There are plenty of other budget options that offer far better value for money. Here, you're paying a premium for subpar accommodations. The room was in deplorable condition. The beddings were dirty and clearly hadn't been changed in some time. The entire room, including the bathroom, had an overwhelming stench that made it almost unbearable to stay in. Additionally, there were visible stains on both the floor and the walls, making me question the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of this establishment. To top it off, the hotel's obsession with money is evident in their policies. Unlike the standard check-out time of 12 PM, which is common in most hotels I've visited, this place demands that guests vacate their rooms by 10 AM. This policy is both inconvenient and unreasonable, and it only serves to further highlight their lack of consideration for their guests' comfort. In summary, this hotel charges too much for what it offers, has filthy accommodations, and imposes an inconveniently early check-out time. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to stay.

This place was disgusting compared to other a&o hostels in europe. Dies not live up to the german expectations of cleanliness and order. Check in took 30 minutes. Shameful

The front desk agent gave my information away to the other guests in the stay. Gave away my personal information and payment information to the other guests in the room. Other guests in the room should not have access to the information about the one who booked it.

I would recommend you don’t stay here. It is very hot and the windows do not open All the way. The staff are very lazy and the breakfast service was awful and there wasn’t a consistent time with breakfast.

We had a clean room with comfortable matrases and pillows. i really slept like in my own bed. Thank you very much

Then after they switched our rooms, they ran out of towels, linen and key cards so we had to share 2 of each between 6. The paid buffet breakfast is atrocious and has no hot food. The staff are about as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike. And finally it’s in a very dodgy area. Couldn’t discourage people further from staying here.

Good price for what's being offered. Don't expect super luxury, but just a decent room with a nice shower and okay beds. In the lobby there's plenty to do, even if some things (pool table) might need replacement. My kids and myself had a great stay and would probably stay here again if we ever visit Berlin again.

Terrific! Stay away from this hostel! The worst place I’ve ever been in my life. Awful, dirty, a chaos, don’t provide linens and towels, no outlets to connect and charge devices, staff is patetic.

Very outdated. Room has 6 beds but only enough sheets for 2. Bathroom completely under water after 2 minutes of showering. No working AC. View out the window is 2 large trash containers. Mattresses are literally 3cm thick. Location is bad.
