Classical hotel with good belle Epoque features! Traditional and well mantained! Restaurants however are not a 5 stars experience! Service and food are quite disappointing! With 2 bad experiences in 4 days. Only breakfast service was ok!

excellent location for train travel. Classic look and feel to hotel. Room size was good, bathroom even better. Definitely on the list for future travels involving Genova.

Obviously great location. The place is very large with conference center chopping rooms into 2 very separate areas with A LOT OF WALKING required from reception.

We were very impressed with the hotel. The bathtub was luxurious and the bed wasn’t too bad either. The hotel staff were generally excellent.

Really nice hotel located right next to Genova Piazza Principe station. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some noise transfer (kids screaming in the hallway/loud conversations from other guest) but no noise heard from outside. Hotel was also pet friendly.

This hotel is our favorite in all of Europe. The staff, rooms n restaurants are outstanding

Wonderful hotel, big clean rooms, convenient location to the train station for day trips to other cities
The morning breakfast was fantastic and Sorina took good care of us. Giacomo at the front desk gave us great recommendations for dinner each night and was super helpful. The bar service was something we looked forward to each night . Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable bedding, great location, 2 minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes walk to the old town and harbor. 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. Very friendly staff, lots of nearby dining options.
