First of all, the door of our room was standing open as soon as we started to go into the room...no key needed. As soon as I went into the bathroom, I noticed there was not any type of shower curtain, for the shower only, no bathtub, nor was there ANY way to keep water out of the floor. My husband was going to bring our things in & instructed me to lock the door because of the shady characters hanging around in front of our room, which I locked the door with the deadbolt instead of just shutting the door. That is when we discovered that the door did NOT lock AT ALL, NOT EVEN WITH THE DEAD BOLT. When we questioned the night clerk, he kept trying to show us how to open the door with the key....it took my husband getting ill at him before he finally understood that the door would not lock! I specifically booked our room days earlier so we would have a ground floor with king size bed since both of us are tall & I have a really bad foot that hates stairs so we were not interested in swapping this room for a double bed on the 2nd floor. I got my deposit back and checked out with full intention of getting a refund for this extremely unsafe motel room.

The hotel was clean but not the type of clean you would want to sleep. The furniture was old and need to be replaced

The view out the window of our room was good. The stairway to the second floor was badly littered. The sink in our room drained very slowly.

Room was clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Staff was nice. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of food, although there was no juice. Area right outside the hotel isn’t great, but didn’t feel unsafe.

Room was clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Staff was nice. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of food, although there was no juice. Area right outside the hotel isn’t great, but didn’t feel unsafe.

The people who run the hotel are very nice and friendly. The hotel price is the best you can get for a hotel of its kind. The room inside was in good condition (not perfectly clean, but it was OK). However, breakfast was very poor, the reception area (where the dining area is located) was dirty and did not smell well. In front of the hotel there is an abandoned hotel, which makes the whole area looks dangerous/unsafe. If you travel alone is fine. But, I do not recommend it if you travel with family.

TV had a 3in black streak from top to bottom. Wall by bathroom was dirty, ceiling wasn't completely stuccoed, phone didn't work. Bed baseboard was dirty. Mr. P put me in another room, a roach or bed bed was crawling on the bed.

A great choice for a cheap stay. Room was clean. A basic continental breakfast. Old school type hotel building. They were in the process of painting a bunch of rooms.

Staff was great! Hotel is older but for the price you can’t beat it. Bed was very comfortable.

Definitely not a bad hotel for the price. A little dated, but it is an older hotel. Looks like they are doing some renovations. Would stay again.
