This was a special surprise. We had never been top Green Valley and knew nothing about Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa. It is top drawer, first class, without the tension of the crowds on the Vegas strip. The hotel is a very short drive from Las Vegas airport and Las Vegas strip. We loved our stay and definitely will come again.

Beautiful hotel…staff is great. Shopping and dining area nearby is a plus. My only complaint was lighting in our room. I had to turn lamps on individually for light. Very annoying

The property is nice overall, the check in was smooth and room service was quick. The room however was filthy, run down, and old. For the price you can stay in a much nicer hotel. This wasn’t worth it.

Hotel Lobby road doesn’t have signs visible so you end up at the casino side. Service was good until the next day when we woke up to our room filled with smoke smell. The next door connecting room must have been smoking. We immediately got up, packed and left the hotel. I notified cleaning crew that shrugged it off and also notified the front desk and all they did was check us out and said good bye. We had plans on having breakfast at the hotel and gambling for a bit while the kids got ready but this caused us to leave and the hotel folks didn’t seem to care.
Very disappointed since we canceled another hotel as this came highly recommended by a friend. Didn’t realize we would have a connecting door and need to experience this with the kids.

First room had black mold wverywhere in the shower, shower door was falling apart, caps for the sink wete missing, and stains in carpet. Totally gross. They upgraded us and the room was amazing and beautiful. But again, black mold in the shower. They need a major remodel . Wont be returning.

The rooms are a bit dated but the grounds are beautiful. The pool area is quite a scene. We were there during an October weekend when the hotel was sold out. For the elevated prices we had to pay, the hotel room did not really meet expectations as the bed was not that comfortable and the walls are thin (so we could hear a LOT of noise from hallway and neighbors). That said the location is very convenient and the casino restaurants are excellent.

We liked the attached casino.

We had a wonderful stay here. We only stayed one night because we were attending a concert near by. We did use the bar in the hotel and bartender was awesome.
