I throughly enjoyed the hotel from the convenient parking, cold water in the lobby and this is one of the few if any that had a balcony to enjoy the sunrise in the am. Shower was sufficient and the bed was comfortable. No loud noises in the hallway and just across the street from the King of Prussia Mall. Hooters and a Brazilian steak house next door. Walmart and supermarket across the highway. Now, if you're looking for convenience and cleanliness this is the place. Splurge for the room with the living room, 2 TV's, mini fridge, microwave and sink. It's worth it !

Tyler and Jenn at the front desk were extremely helpful and went above and beyond their job description to make me and my family feel comfortable and welcomed. As soon as we walked into the building they greeted us with smiles and great hospitality. And they continued with smiles and greetings each and every time we walked past them. It doesn’t matter how expensive and nice a hotel is, if they don’t have employees who care enough to go above and beyond. With that being said the hotel itself is nice and clean. It’s in a good location with plenty of near by stores and activities. The thing that stands out the most to me was obviously the employees who can make or break any establishment.

When I booked the room it was one price and change with tax. When I checked in it was way more money. This review doesn’t allow me to put dollar amounts…I asked the difference and she said “I have no idea” There were other hotels sooo much nicer but wasn’t trying to spend as much as I was charged. Not even close to the value for what it cost- With NO offer to make the charges right.

Room was nice and clean great location near the mall.

The rooms are small and very old. The door would not lock. We had to put a chair behind the door. No EV charger. No amenities such as pool, hot tub or sauna. Toilet was leaking when we checked in. There was no bacon, sausage or potato with their breakfast. Price was way too high for what we received.

We were very impressed with the young lady, Anna, who checked us in and out. She was lovely and friendly and helpful. She represents all that customer service should be.

Very nice for a Holiday Inn.. felt like a new building. Small but efficient and clean room and bathroom. It also had a small deck and convenient elevators. Nice assortment of food at morning breakfast, but have to keep up on hot foods until closing due to crowd. Would stay there again, very reasonable rates. It was also near historical park and a casino.
