Beds are comfortable
They do not honor the price via booking- they charge more. They refused to do anything to honor that price. The pool was green.

They do not honor the price via booking- I was charge more. And it wasn’t just me- it seemed to be everyone that booked online. Pool also was this color

Pat was exceptional and Terrel was very personable. Room was clean.

Convenient to Valley Forge. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast.
Not practically designed. Very little counter space in bathroom. No place to put suitcases or unpack the contents. There were children running up and down the hallways upstairs and downstairs from at least 4 pm to 9:30 pm playing tag and who knows what else. Very annoying that nothing was done about it.

TVs were too loud at breakfast. Front desk agreed to turn it down.

Breakfast was institutional at best. Not stocked, nor restocked (this was at 8 am). Beds were comfortable and the bar tender second night made a good drink.

that I was double charged for the room, and I am still waiting for a refund. It has been almost a month.

the property was physically attractive and in good condition. The room was comfortable and well-appointed for what I needed to accomplish the week I was there.
The room cleaning practices were odd—having to request that my be cleaned and in the six
days that I was there the room was only cleaned once. When I asked for a second cleaning, I was told that I needed to provide a 24-hour notice. At NO point had this been told to me. Frustrating.

the extra bed in room was very comfortable. instead of a pull out couch it was a day bed/ trundle. so 5 people in the room and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.
