The bathroom was impressively clean and brand new, and although the room was compact, it had all the amenities of a full-service hotel. The location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and Southern Cross station nearby. I definitely plan to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The price was very reasonable, the room was tidy and had everything we needed, staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient for downtown Melbourne and Southern Cross Station.

Good hotel only a short walk from the skybus at southern cross station, was able to store my luggage there after check out, really good experience

As a smoker, im glad they had a designated smokers area. Staff were lovely. The only thing i didn't like were the stairs at the entrance. Due to back problems it was a little bit of a struggle to get to reception

Not the worst stay. Tired hotel but a good price so what was expected. Clean room. Bed was hard and uncomfortable but did the job for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location in CBD. Would recommend for a short city stay. Thanks

When we missed the last train back to our home town it was an excellent place to stay for the night. Very clean, comfortable and close to Southern Cross station. Friendly and helpful staff.
