Super great, kid friendly, hot tub, pool, barbeque park, exercise equipment, and large grassy area….

The Inn was lovely! Great location, friendly staff and delicious coffee in the lobby in the mornings. The room was huge and very comfortable. We would absolutely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay! It was very clean. Property was beautiful. Roxanne on the front desk was amazing! Thank you again for the wonderful day!!! PS. Be aware quiet time is at 10pm if you like to sit out late like we do, so that was a bit of a bummer.

The staff were very welcoming, our room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. We were only there one night in June so didn’t use the hot tub or pool. Overall, extremely happy with our stay here and will stay again if coming back to the area.

Remote .. just needed to be near airport and drove past less glamorous .. probably cheaper motels. Nothing nearby for meals.

Northwinds has one big asset…. a young, sweet gal with blond hair who was super helpful on the morning of my last day. Wish I remembered her name. What I can say is the bed was way too soft. I (and three other individuals) tried to get coffee and other food(?) at the reception area but the doors were locked. It was 8:30 a.m. A phone call to the number listed was answered by some male who said they don’t open till 9 a.m. The sign said 8 am. When I checked in I asked for a map of the area or other information about the area. She said they didn’t have any. Travelers need this kind of info. Overall, I think travelers could be better served.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! We booked because we were exhausted and needed something reasonably priced. I was shocked to see how amazing it was. The staff go way above and beyond my greatest expectation! I hope to return (I live far away). 10+++++++ from me

It was a last minute decision to stay overnight on PEI. We lucked out! This motel is spanking new and fresh. What a treat. Loved our spacious room. It was wheelchair accessible as well so perfect for everyone. We highly recommend it.

The stay was quite good. The room had enough space and the beds were good. The room service was only available on request. The accommodation is Motel-like with the cars parking in front of the rooms. This can cause quite some noise from your neighbors. In addition, the Brackley Beach Northwinds is located at a crossroad with noise of the traffic. Unfortunately, I forgot my Swiss watch in the room when we left the Brackley Beach and PEI. The positive point was that the housekeeping brought the watch to the reception and they contacted me via email. We had several conversations and the Brackley Beach Northwinds promised me several time to send me the watch by post. I intended to refund all expenses and efforts they have, to get my Swiss watch back. Despite all promises, I didn’t get it back and I assume that now the manager of the Brackley Beach has taken the ownership of my watch. It’s a shame that they misused my trust and that they are not able to provide a little extra service.

I really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. and we had no problem when we checked in and we upgraded to a better room.

Beautiful spot

Very comfortable. “Partial ocean view” is deceiving as you cannot see much of the water at all.

Close to a beautiful beach and don't miss going to the Dune Cafe and Gallery which is right around the corner.

An average hotel. Nothing special about it.

The desk manager was VERY helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The linens were a little worn. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to a health issue. Disappointed that I was not refunded at least one night of the three nights we had paid for. Property was within their rights, but poor public relations.

Newly renovated, modern beautiful rooms and bathroom

The building is run down, water pipes and air conditioning extremely noisy, house keeping is poor, bed half made-up, last day the receptionist showed up one hour late.

We were very dissatisfied that we’d selected a King room, had a reservation confirmation, but someone booked over our room and we were given a a queen room.
