Room was spacious and clean. Bed was a bit softer than most these days. Unfortunately, we had a connecting room with some guys that decided to get together and carry on drinking at 10:30 at night that kept us up until after 1:00 when staff went to talk to them. Then again the following night.

Very enjoyable stay, however didnt find the bed i had very comfortable unfortunately. Ghere was no conditioner in the pump either..lol, but it was a great clean hotel.

We were given a handicapped adjourning room when we both are not handicapped. We requested for a room change and was told it will be $20 per night for a room change.

We made a reservation for a king bed for two nights through expedia. The night before our trip, I called the hotel directly to ask if our reservation could be modified, I only wanted to know if I could cancel the second night. The staff I spoke to proceeded to cancel my reservation in order to tell me what the cancelation fee would amount to, and then told me to rebook and make a new reservation at a more expensive higher rate. After calling several times and speaking to several staff members they gave me my reservation back but could only given me a queen bed and stated my king room was gone and the hotel was fully booked. I had paid for a king bed. We took the room because we had no other options. The next day, spent most of the day out of the hotel and when I returned at 3pm, found the room was not made or cleaned. I asked the front desk who told me they only clean the rooms every other day unless requested. This we were not told upon arrival and check in. When I requested the room be cleaned, I was told house keeping had left for the day. apparently it is listed on their website. I booked through expedia and this was NOT listed on the reservation. Overall not the best experience.

Some shady caracter with vicious dog wandering on hallway . The days of this being a hotel focused on business travellers are gone, stay at Holiday Inn or soon at new Hyatt next door and don’t bother here!!!

The hotel lobby and rooms were sparkling clean, the breakfast choices were hot and plentiful, and the staff was very courteous. Three minor concerns: there should be reading lamps on both sides of the bed (not just one), the air temperature was very hard to regulate (it was too cool when the fan was blowing and stuffy when it wasn't), there is no "guide" on the tv for selecting programs.

There were no lights on at the entrance to the hotel and it was difficult to find the entrance at night when we arrived.

We had someone barge in 2 days in a row. Not sure if it was housekeeping or reception but they used a key card both times to enter.

They like to charge a deposit thatis more then the room itself, would not use an exchange rate. They would bot proviflde change so they treat the currency the same. Beds were not comfortable at all and had black stains on my sheets.

Nice-sized rooms and recently renovated. Good value for the price point. Would recommend for a short stay, but long term, the scenery around the hotel is industrial and plazas.

Excellent stay. Super friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable and modern. AC system worked well. Parking was plentiful even though hotel was full. Would definitley stay there again.
