The room was good. bed was confortable. The restaurant is average trying to serve french food. What bothered me the most during the whole duration of my stay was this always strong smell of perfume everywhere, even in the room and at the restaurant !

Loved this hotel - so beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. I loved the complimentary robe and slippers. Great location -short walk downtown as well as to great restaurants. We were even able to watch the Santa Claus parade from our windows.

Room was very clean. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was fast. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was good / efficient service (a Monday AM after 9am.) Restaurant seemed popular and busy- not a quiet place in the evening. Grocery, convenience store and coffee shops nearby. Major city attactions very near by.

Room was incredibly fresh and really like NO CARPET and use of hardwood flooring. Hotel was ideally suited to walk to all the points of interest in Downtown Ottawa.

Parking garage is a bit far, but other than that our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, very quiet, and I loved that it’s a short walk from everything!

Their wifi is the worst, if you want better wifi the.n you have to pay $10 per day…. They want you to pay for literally everything even the air. It’s 2024 you charge for everything including the water in the fridge is $8 no cofee in the tiny room that cost $200.

Very nice hotel. We stayed for three nights. lots of books on the ground floor, nice restaurant inside hotel. walkable to parliament hill and bus tour stops. It was Wonderful experiences!
