Great staff, although very busy times they did their best to help out every time we had a request. Room was simple but good. Had fridge and microwave.

I did not get to stay this night as I had an emergency come up and didn't make it to my reservation but the employees at the property and hotels.com agent we're all very friendly and helped me get everything resolved.

We snagged a last minute night to be able to attend an early morning at the balloon festival. We were surprised at how nice the facility was and the rooms. 24 hour coffee which was nice since we were up and out by 5 am.

Hallways smelled, the front desk was not friendly. The TV was so small! It was very hard to watch TV.

We were there for the balloon festival. From check in with Joseph who gave us great advice about when to leave to avoid traffic was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The other worker's we would meet along our way were very friendly. We would stay there again.

Said it was a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. And neighboring rooms were smoking. The front door to the hotel was missing glass and was covered in smoke plastic-safety was a bit of a concern.

The front desk guy was so helpful. We were definitely problem children! The hotel was clean, most quiet, and we woke up to hundreds of balloons! It was great!

The balloon ascension was close enough to watch some from a distance in the parking or a long walk closer. Staff was friendly. No shower curtain, and the door to the shower had a hole in it where someone had kicked it. The front door glass was taped up. It was a little rough looking, but fine for the $, and I didn't have any safety issues.

Great place to keep my stuff while I worked. Beds are a bit firm but didn't bother me after an 18 hour work day. Shower and water pressure were great. Maid came in and gave me fresh towels, made the bed and took the trash. No fridge or microwave in the room. Just a community microwave down stairs in the lobby. otherwise was an inexpensive place to stay and got the job done.

I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always kind and go out of their way to help. However no microwaves in the rooms so you have to go downstairs to the front to warm anything up.

Front desk was friendly and professional. Room was clean but there was a dirty hand towel next to the sink. The sink had a long hair in the bowl. And the sheets in the bed next to window smelled like cat urine. Also it was kind of an inconvenience having guests over because they needed to show id and I needed to meet them at the front desk.

The manager is very rude and does not want to help customers with issues, the bathroom was filthy, the floors were sticky, the tv barely works
