The hotel itself is very nice and new. But the staff is clearly understaffed. Or they just don’t care. We were staying there for a ball tournament. We needed towels and a garbage bag to empty our garbage’s as our room didn’t get cleaned and we asked three times . It never happened. I called the front desk and they said we can come down to get towels if we want and a garbage bag. The breakfast that is included wasn’t restocked very well. And there was never any coffee. Our room key didn’t work two times and we had to go down and get it re programmed. Would not recommend staying here

This hotel is a couple of years old, located close to hwy 401 but still rather remote. There was a very offensive smell in parking lot.The reception staff were not particularly proficient or professional. In fact I thought they were part of the custodial staff. Sign in elevator read",In case of fir take stairs". Did no staff member notice the error in 2 years? Breakfast area was quite funky and comfortable. Many private little nooks. Breakfast same as every other hotel. Room was very new and spacious. Bathroom ultra modern. Had to ask how to turn on tap at sink. There was also a smell in the hall outside our room when we arrived. Not there in the morning. When we were ready to check out there was no one at reception. I rang their little bell 5 times, and called at the office door. Finally someone arrived from down the hall. Very frustrating!!! I chose this hotel because it was close to my friend who I was visiting. The service would have to improve for me to stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The place appears to be in good conditions. I would recommend spraying something on the carpets when people leave as there was this unpleasant feet smell. Also maybe the showers should be cleaned with stronger products. The bathroom door does not fully close and it’s very heavy to slide. I got stuck the first time and my fiancé had to open it from the outside. Other than that a very decent hotel.

We selected this hotel because it was new and located in a quiet area. However, while it is indeed relatively new, it seems they haven't fully addressed the dust from renovations. Our first room had a bathroom that wasn't properly cleaned: the shower drain had clumps of hair, and nothing was wiped down. The second room was only slightly better, but by then, we had lost hope. It had water stains from drinks, the floor hadn't been mopped, and there were other cleanliness issues. As a traveler, I'm frustrated by paying good money for such dirty rooms. With our province's population more than doubling, there's no excuse for accommodations to be maintained in this manner.
