Checked into 3 different rooms all which were the same horrible all of the rooms were infested with roaches most uncomfortable experience ever in my time of staying in hotel rooms wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here ever!!!

Huge place 3 floors! Check in was easy the desk clerk was pleasant. This where it gets bad! Room was actually clean but had active roaches of all sizes. I didn’t stay my full visit because I wasn’t comfortable. This place would be a bit better if they fix the bug problem.

And when it was time for me to checkup it took forever for someone to come and check me out. The person who finally came to check me out was too busy playing with the other staff members you can check the cameras and see how long it took for someone to come to the counter I walked out of there at 9:45am on Oct 9,2024

Had roaches in room and smelled like dog pee so bad made my eyes burn,the floors were warped from the dog urine and they expected us stay there with 2 kids ..when first asked to change room they said no,All around uncomfortable with entire place ended up leaving

Wow, this place made me uncomfortable. The room lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. Lots of fruitflies in the bathroom area. Physical hole in the bathroom wall. Trash was piled up on each landing.

The floor was sticky, there were a couple hairs left from the previous guest(s) in the bathroom, the bed didn’t feel clean at all really. And there wasn’t enough towels (none that were big).

First off they are very disrespectful. If you are planning a long stay don’t. If you don’t answer when they knock they will enter your room. The people who clean the rooms half way clean them. They have roaches. The beds are u comfortable. If you do not ask for what you need when house keeping comes by you will not get it what so ever.

This place is the nastiest I’ve ever seen!! The had huge roaches and they were everywhere!!! They switched our room and the new room had bigger roaches then the manager acted like she didn’t want to refund my money

The bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet leaked and brought back up part of what was flushed. Back of toilet looks like black mold. Lots of hair in the tub. Rusted shower head. Wooden linoleum floor peeling. Phone keeps ringing. Door did not lock properly. Matresses slides off plywood platform. Bathroom door knob area cracked in pieces and some of the furniture was broken.
