With a hotel costing $150 a night, some would think handles on bathroom sink would be standard.. or bird .... droppings would be cleaned from porch, or usb ports for charges, or full toilet paper.. or dirt cleaned off the walls.. kind of run down, and over priced. Felt like i was staying in a 70's porn shoot

This was perfect for our two young children. They loved the pool and splash pad. The Starbucks was an unexpected treat! We enjoyed pizza in our room from their restaurant and it was delicious. Great stay! Great employees!

Loud drunk people in lobby and out front, people at bar parking in front drive so we couldn’t pull up to check in. Front desk took a long time to check people in, so we had to stand in the lobby with our kids around the boisterous bar crowd. Our room had a sliding glass door that appeared to go out to an alley. Was an uncomfortable stay and we won’t be back.

Nice quiet area with a great indoor pool and splash pad. Also a nice outdoor pool. Not a 5 star resort but perfectly reasonable pricing for what it was. Our kids enjoyed it.

Very lovely and comfortable place

My grandson said it was the best hotel ever!!! Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast in the morning. I was free however, but we opted for going for donuts instead.

Very lovely and comfortable place

Very nice hotel.... eaay access and security gate to get in parking lot... room was spacious and bed was comfortable. TV had Chromecast built in which was very nice... we could cast any app off my phone to the TV... Restaurant was Excellent! Service and food was great... front desk Gentleman was very pleasant.... my Wife and I will stay here again.

The stay here was great! The room was a nice size, the beds were extremely comfortable, excellent dining experience at the onsite restaurant, and the warrm breakfast was convenient, but go early or it will be a challenge with item availability. The shuttle service and drivers , specifically Ken, went above and beyond to help us get around. I will stay here again if we get back to Springfield!

Awesome stay! Our Wi-Fi was pretty spotty, but our room was farther from the atrium so maybe that’s why. Our kids loved it here!!

Was advertised as having a hot tub but it did not. Walls are super thin as in I could hear every conversation and other things from people next to us more than any other hotel I have stayed at. Never saw any staff around to ask for extra towel, including front desk. Toilet kept running until you jiggled the handle several times. The fridge smelled like old meat. The carpet smelled like wet carpet cleaner. The bathroom door would not open all the way which is not good for an ADA room. The pools were nice and the room overall was okay. It was nice to have a balcony even though you could smell people’s cigarette smoke coming from below in the pool/lounge area. Overall, this is not a hotel to relax at due to the thin walls and a lot of people. On a good note, the restaurant/bar was good and reasonably priced.

Well, they took that out and added a stupid kid splash pad. -we paid our full balance before our trip and we got charged $25 per day in the case of any damage. Why per day? The front desk gentleman said it was a hold, but the amount was charged to our card. -the doors have a nice gap underneath about a half inch, so a lot of things could be slid underneath. -anytime we would walk by the front desk, there would be no one there. We barely saw any employees the whole time we stayed. While attempting to leave, the front desk attendants didn’t even acknowledge us as we were trying to check out. There was a good line and no one came to assist her. We ended up doing the checkout online, but we’re old-fashioned and would have loved to check out with a real person. -the walls were very thin and you could hear every conversation in the room next to us. -when checking in, we weren't given instructions on how to leave and reenter the facility with the security guard. -there was some sort of convention going on and there were screaming kids everywhere, so not a relaxing environment whatsoever. -the breakfast was subpar with the price of the hotel. We went down at 8:30 on both days and the breakfast needed to be filled, but there were no employees around.

Arrived at ck in time (4pm) with several people already in line. Only one person behind the counter. Apparently there were computer problems. Stood in line about 15min before another person showed up to help. Also, we have stayed here 3 times. One consistent problem is the bartenders. Not friendly, and make basic mistakes during drink prep. Restaurant is very good, as is the pool area. Room nice as well. Very clean.
