It’s a very small and quaint hotel. The room furnishes are very dated, There is a high step up to the toilet (not suitable for wheelchair accessible and people with arthritis knees) and is very small especially the shower area (smaller than the shower on board a cruise) but the shower is excellent with good pressure and hot water. Only one type of liquid soap provided in the shower which we guess it is a combo of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is no mini fridge and air conditioning in the room. We also find there is not enough power points for charging our electronics. The reception staff is really friendly and we managed to see their super friendly dog as well. Location is around 8 mins walk to Geneva station and it’s walkable to some of the tourist areas like the Flower Clock and St Pierre cathedral. Supermarket coop is also around 5 mins walk.

It was very dark in the room and washroom at night. more than half of light bulbs were dead.

The only problem I had was that the single electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work: I need to be able to use my Waterpik. I shouldn't have to buy an extension cord - even if one with the proper plugs could be found. Other than that, this was a good choice.

Beautiful small modest hotel, clean great staff, easy to get to the old town and waterfront. Superb food and shopping options close by

Positive: good location, clean, friendly staff, 5 franks breakfast in the morning. Negative: no fridge, no kettle, no AC (only fan), need refurbishment (uncomfortable beds), TV not working, noisy outside, as well can hear voice from next room.

It is a good option close to the main Geneva Station and main areas closer to the lake.

I would rate it higher but i wanted a quiet room and they put me next to one that used a shared bathroom. Up all night with opening doors. Room must have been over some heat source. Couldnt open window because noxious smells from inner courtyard. Shower is a joke. It was quite a bit less than other choices though and they checked me in with no wait. The internet requires you give them your credit card info.

When I arrived to the hotel, there was no staff in the Bobby and the gate was locked and no key # was left. I had to find another hotel by walking on the street.

Convenient part of town if traveling by train. It is a bit of a walk if you need to park in Seujet. Personnel was friendly and helpful.

Lovely little place to stay in the center of Geneva. Good walking distance to most places. Amazingly helpful staff that give great recommendations and directions with a map upon arrival. Free 0ublic transport ticket for the whole time you are with them available. Air conditioning was a single fan.

Super friendly staff which could communicate in various languages, the room was ready ahead of time, room was spacious, the bathroom reminded me of one inside of an RV - but it was private, clean and functional, no A/C in the room, but there was a fan provided, close to train station and buses and trams to airport, walking distance to old town and all the must-see tourist spots. Just 5 Euros for coffee and croissant for breakfast and they were able to store our luggage the last day after checkout so we could explore the city more while we waited for our train.

Service was excellent. Man most helpful upon checkin providing a brief overview of thnigs to do. Great location with transport very close. Room is small but fine for a couple of nights. Also plenty of common space to sit and lounge. Thanks!
