Very nice place. Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Room had an extreme odor of carpet or air freshener enough to choke a horse. The hallways and lobby also overwhelmed my lungs with thick air perfumes. I had to forfeit my money and did not stay here.

Taxi shuttle from the airport made it very easy and simple. Hotel covered cost.

They would not agree to parking arrangements that I confirmed in advance of my trip. I was charged for a room and nine days parking before the reservation date of 08/21/24.

Location was convenient to Springfield and pool was nice to relax in after a day of travel. Breakfast the next morning was good, would have been excellent except the waffle maker was out of order.

Great facility, clean and extremely functional. The mattress was a little too firm, but that a preference. Breakfast was satisfying and offered the standard options.
The area around the hotel is less than desirable but we never felt unsafe. I wouldn't walk out and about at night by myself.

AC slow to cool down room then got too cold overnight. Pillows NOT comfortable. Bed was fine. Liked large bottles of toiletries in shower. Nice breakfast selection
