I’ve traveled quite a bit and this is was the first time that couldn’t check in early. I was about 20 minutes early from the official check in time of 3pm and wasn’t offered a room or even a check of available rooms. I was told to wait the 20 minutes. Okay not a real big deal but still an annoyance. Also this was a Sunday afternoon so I’m sure there were available rooms

Nothing special. Access off the freeway was easy.

I loved staying at this hotel. The price was great and the manager Angela is so sweet and accommodating. However, the lady that works second shift is horrible and rude! She's and older white lady that has the worst attitude and due to her actions and behavior I will not be booking here ever again. This is the 2nd time after 8 months since my last visit that I've had issues with the way she speaks. She also told me that I am not allowed to use my credit card, and had denied every single other card I had. I had a free night and wanted to book my room here, however I had to wait until 3rd shift arrived before I was comfortable enough to book reservation, which I booked just fine with my credit card that was previously falsely denied.I believe she is prejudice against African Americans and I already made complaints against her with management. I thank Angela once again for being such a sweetheart.

There is never anyone at the front desk,you have to ring a bell! Only time I saw someone at the front desk was after ringing the bell at check in and check out!Felt like I was in a halfway house!

My stay was just what I needed, after driving from the east coast. Comfortable bed, fridge and stove. It was just what I needed after my long journey.
