We have never been anywhere in the world where there has been a better experience with staff. Every question we had was carefully answered. Any help we needed was supplied. The facilities were more than adequate but the people who helped us maneuver Venice were more than wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at Arcadia this past weekend. The location is superb, in the middle of the main bustling street, close to 2 different vaporetto stations, one of which has the water bus to/from the airport. My single room was compact but felt spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was good enough, and the staff was kind. Would love to go back and stay here again!

Really great experience, the room was beautiful and had a comfy bed, lots of free toiletries and very clean. Breakfast was really good too, and it is in a great location... would definitely stay here again!

We got the room next to reception for our first night but they moved us to another room for the next night. Rooms were bigger than expected and the bathrooms were great. The breakfast was fantastic and they made coffee for you on request. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

We had a great time at the property. Great central location. Very quiet despite a lot of foot traffic passing by. Close to the orange line of the water taxi to and from airport. Great location to see Venice. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!!!!!

Really lovely hotel, centrally located and only a 10 minute walk from Santa Lucia station and only 5 minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop. Exquisitely decorated to a high detail. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was recently renovated but too small. If you are travelling with more than one piece of luggage, try to make sure, you get a larger room. The ventilation in the bathroom was not really effective which caused a lot of vaporation. Our room faced a lively street which was noisy at times (not during nights though).

Firstly, the hotel was lovely and desk staff were wonderful. However, we went to join our friends for breakfast in the upper-level dining area our first morning and the woman serving was rude, then the manager or owner (not sure who he was) came to the table and let us know that we really shouldn't be there because we had not made reservations. We expected to be charged for breakfast but were not informed that reservations were required. We felt like children being scolded, I just left my breakfast and went back to my room.

It was a lovely property. The staff were among the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in all my travels. From our check in to our check out they were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. We had breakfast in the morning which was fantastic. The best breakfast we had while in Italy. The amenities were great and the location was ideal for exploring Venice. If we decide to come back, it will definitely be where we decide to stay!
