The property has bed bugs and my family got bitten everywhere over their bodies. When we informed them they acted so nonchalant about it and refused to compensate us for it in any way!

Place was nice and decent, didn’t care for one of the girls in the coffee shop. She was rude when asking for ice. Overall nice experience

They charge me $49 hotel fee , when I check in nobody told me anything about this . And they hold $255 ,from my credit card , to charge me this fee without any information, totally dishonest.

Under remodeling/construction. Very noisy and ammenities were very limited or out of property.

From the outside the property looks nice. Is well localized, with the beach very near. Once you enter the property the air conditioning at the lobby wasn’t functioning. The pool was in renovations and at check in nobody told me. Once I entered the room it was like you enter to a motel room. Needs updating rush. The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bedding was very light, no comforter. The bathroom was horrible and small. The way to the bathroom/closet was an awkward waste of space. The shower handle was broken. The only good thing about this stay was the late checkout.

I stayed in this property 2 years ago and it wasn't like now. The rooms are extremely old and dirty. The bed sheets were dirty, the rugs were dirty the walls and lets not talk about the bathtub it was dirtyyyy :( towels dirty!! the sliding door wouldn’t open and there was a balcony. I was very uncomfortable in that hotel to be honest no ac in the lobby or hallway or elevator. The parking lot under construction and when i went last time 2 years ago it was under construction too. What can i say. I am not staying there ever again because the location is good but the hotel is not

I didnt like the cleaning part it was not very clean the bathroom was dirty and small bathroom the shower was broken and when they went to do cleaning again they didn’t put more towels etc

Property was under construction which is understandable for the outdated rooms. Staff was amazing except the young lady at the coffee bar she expressed that she doesn’t get paid for giving out Ice.

Great stay. Spent 5 days. Convenient walk to beach and food options. Wendys, taco bell, chillis, ruths chris, 2 24hr places to eat roght around the corner, our favorite was "CHIDOS Takeria" (get the large Chidos Special). Very clean Hotel. Great staff.

As I arrived to the hotel, the front desk agent was very nice and helpful. She answered all of the questions I had pertaining to the hotels location. Once checked in, and made my way to the hotel room, I immediately recognized this bad odor throughout the hotels elevator and hallways. It smelled of mildew and of wet rotten metal . Definetly not a pleasant, clean smell as there would be in the main corridor of a hotel. As I made my way to my hotel room I noticed the walls where chipped , badly painted, the rug was extremely dirty and outdated my first impression was going from bad to worse! As I opened the narrow chipped and badly painted hotel room door which was not like any door I have seen before I was greeted with an extremely dirty, dark out dated restroom on the right with bad old, outdated and dirty rug and straight ahead a tight dark room with double beds that had poor linen and the minute you’d sit on the bed, the bed would not stop screeching. The office table and chair were outdated dusty and dirty. The room was full of mosquitos and the the walls in the room where disgusting let alone carpet smelled as if it where 100 years old. This is the worst room I have ever entered. I did not spend more than 5 minutes in the room. I immediately made my way back down to the front desk and asked for a refund! I would never stay in this property ever again !
