a beautiful room, with every detail taken care of. The bathroom was recently renovated and impeccably clean. A wonderful stay at the Fleur De Ville - would absolutely stay here if we came again.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the decor in our room, which was elegant luxurious. Functional stylish bathroom. Everything very clean. Five stars for the room and building itself. Location was central, and easy walking to sights and restaurants.
Negative experience which dropped the overall rating was service. Unbelievably variable for this level hotel. Some front desk staff were ignorant, one was more interested in his cell phone than helping us multiple times. No greeting when entering, no offer to help with luggage when checking out at 6 am although obviously not busy etc. No interest how our stay was. There were a couple of positive exceptions, including a young lady who helped with restaurant reservations. But this unfortunately brought down the overall positive experience.

This hotel was perfect for visiting the Brussels Christmas Markets and all the old town sights, all of which are within about half a mile. There are tons of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. The decor in the rooms is upscale and the common space is beautiful, particularly the dining room. The rooms are lovely and we received a welcome note, which was a nice touch. Definitely an excellent value with an upscale feel!

A beautiful hotel and first class staff. The room had a fireplace filled with electric candles. Curtains, furniture and everything was just beautiful, nothing less. Very good breakfast and the best juices you could get.

Lovely hotel and a stones throw away from Grand Place, shopping and metro, so it's pretty central and a great location. Hotel smells amazing and you can literally smell it from across the street. We had a standard double room with a courtyard/garden view. Room was a good size and spacious. Very nice decor, big comfy bed and complimentary chocolates and water. The hotel night turn down service is a nice touch. We came back to a nice dimly lit warm room which felt cosy. Definitely recommend for first time visitors to Brussels.

Great that staff gave us a room early as we were pretty tired by the time we arrived at the hotel at 10am. We are super grateful. We were given the ground floor room and I think for the level of the hotel it’s fine for now as it’s new but not in future. Smell of sewage in the corridor and bad food from nearby restaurant. Lack of amenities and shelvers in the toilet. Though the toiletries are nice. The worst is Super noisy from any corridor noise

Hotel Fleur de Ville is a gem!! Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our hotel room was well appointed and quiet. One of the best perks during our stay was the daily breakfast….so delicious!!! Great location, everything we wanted to see was walkable from the hotel. If we come back to Brussels, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Fleur de Ville again.

Took a “risk” and booked this before it had ratings. It is gorgeous, historical, yet immaculate and brand new. Convenient location, loved our stay, and even a hand written note to welcome us! Thank you to Jasmina for immediately responding to additional needs we had.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful hotel. We were traveling with a 6 years old and the hotel was able to provide a roll away bed. We had the room with a huge fireplace and the room is still quite spacious with the roll away bed. The breakfast is a must ! You get to pick an entree and buffet. There is only 1 all in one coffee and hot water machine so sometimes there can be a line to get your coffee. Location is great! Walking distance to Grand Place and there’s a small playground across the street. All the staff are very friendly.

We had the room with a huge fireplace and the room is still quite spacious with the roll away bed. The breakfast is a must ! You get to pick an entree and buffet. The person checked sensors in the room and then left. Shortly after they left, we realized they had taken our cell phone and container which was charging by the door. Our credit card, bank card and cell phone was stolen. The hotel reimbursed us for one night stay and was very kind, but it wrecked what was left of our holiday and left us worried about the security of our data on the phone and required us to contact police, cancel credit cards etc. We are hoping this review will prevent other people from experiencing a like event.

The staff was super, The breakfast offered a variety of options and all were delicious. The small public room was perfect for reading or sharing a glass of wine. While not quite in the center of old town, it was an easy walk to dining opportunities, the grand place, and the rail station. We would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. The decor is great, rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very accommodating. Nice lounge with complimentary coffee and tea. Right in the city center.

The room was very comfortable with the most relaxing bed and was very warm and cosy. The pillows were amazing. The bathroom amenities were also great. We couldnt figure out how to call reception from the room though. The location is fantastic and walkable to main attractions.
