Lovely hotel but none of the Platinum perks advertised by Hotels were offered or indeed available at this hotel (late checkout, free tour etc.
Sadly this is not the first time Hotels have promised things they cannot deliver.

we had an horrible experience. WATER WAS NOT WORKING IN THE MORNING and we were not informed prior to arrival or at the time of checkin. We only got to know once in the room with pc of paper lying on the table.this is not acceptable. We have paid lots of money for a 5 star rated hotel and NO WATER is not acceptable. We have not received same type if customer service which i think is due to booking from the third party such as Hotels.com otherwise Property was good and location was very convinient.

The hotel is in the center of the inner circle, so it was convenient. The staff was nice, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was worn and the hallways smelled. The lounge chair in my room was dirty and stained and I asked for a sheet to cover it. For what you pay you would expect better.

Friendly crew. Very helpful. Rooms had everything I needed. Just like what I would expect in US. Light, plug points, bathroom space, sink space etc were sufficient and optimal. Enjoyed my stay there very much and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfect for visiting the old centre with lots to see within walking distance. The only downside was the lack of a restaurant as the chef was ill. We therefore had to spend time walking around to find somewhere to eat on our first night, when we really wanted to rest after the journey.

Had a smell in the room and on informing reception they looked at it immediately. It was a freon gas leak from the fridge and as we had to move rooms we were given an upgrade. Should rooms have freon gas detectors?
Staff were excellent and the location is the best in Vienna to see all attractions, go for the tours, go to an opera, the Spanish horse show and many more.

The room has everything you needed expect an iron and board, it felt slightly dated in the bathroom and had weak water pressure and low shower head. We chose this mostly for location which couldn’t have been better. Close enough to the main attractions via metro or walking yet quiet enough and safe enough at night to come back late.
