Average motel. Noisy fan in the bathroom that can't be turned off separately from the light. Bathroom so small it's not easy to dry yourself after a shower without bumping something. Spacious wardrobes. Clean throughout. Easy check-in with friendly staff.

Motel contacted me promptly providing this information. Very quickly with no issue changed me to another room.
