The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great but the room is sooo small. It doesn't have a closet or hooks or a countertop to store things. The room was decorated very nice but very small!

We stayed for the Christmas lighting, found the hotel to be extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms were decorated adorably. I highly recommend!

Weather was beautiful and the view of the park was amazing with the leaves changing. Loved the newly remodeled rooms except for the barn door on bathroom and no bathroom fan, lacks privacy and air circulation in bathroom.

The staff are great. The hotel is a old establishment that is perfect. The history, architecture and decor was perfect. The room was no frills which was perfect. The room was very clean. We loved it.

The St Michael was a great place to stay on Whisky Row! Staff was awesome, room was clean and fresh. The rooms are decorated in the old style.
Cant say any good things about hotels.com though. When I arrived, I discovered the site charged about $80 more than the room would have cost, if I booked it directly. Also, they have done away with stay 10 nights and get one free. Now you get a pittance of a cash credit towards your stay. I will find another booking site or deal dire tly with the property from no on.

It was interesting. The bed was wonderful. The room was cold. Night shower was lukewarm. The restaurant served delicious food. Front desk was accommodating. You’re in a historical place.

Very historic hotel in the heart of Whiskey Row. Unexpected area cold snap to freezing level over the weekend and central heat was not turned on. I found out too late they had space heaters available. All in all a very good time. The bistro downstairs was very good. Very nice room decorated in period cowboy decor. Updated bathroom .

Great location for the bars and restaurants. Heritage hotel and the room was a decent size. However the mattress was old and very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The shower temperature was tepid for the entire stay.

Hotel St Michael is very friendly and helpful in every area ie: registration, lobby bar, Bistro restaurant. The remodeled standard room made the most out of little space. Since there is no closet space the drawers are appreciated. One little improvement would be towel hooks in the bathroom next to the sink.

I took my husband there for two nights for our anniversary. The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs. Fortunately, we were on the second floor, otherwise hubby may have had a more difficult time walking. Trish at the desk was great. The food in the restaurant was great, ample and affordable. Although there are no amenities in the room but for a TV, it was a lovely experience with a great location. A fabulous museum is just down the street and the historic courthouse is across the street in the plaza.

Loved that it is an Historic Property and that it is being restored in small sections at a time. It didn't affect our stay in any way. Loved that there is a lovely Bistro attached to the property and we enjoyed a good dinner there with a very friendly and attentive Staff.
We would absolutely stay there again! Prescott is one of our favorite places for a relaxing long weekend.

It was an historic hotel that wasn't too expensive. But the rooms were all redone and maintained the historic charm. They were small, but that's what I expected, but good use of the space. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and it was great. Would have went for dinner but wanted to try a different place. Front desk was very accommodating as well as the bartender in the lobby bar. Would definitely stay her again

I’m handicapped and found out when we checked in that the elevator was not working. They said they would take our luggage up, but did not. There was no maid service, so the bed was not made when we returned and no clean towels. Really disappointing as we have stayed there many times before and it was great. Now we will never stay there again!
