It was awesome! My only conolaint is the restaurant. I looked up the menu before deciding on going there foe dinner only to find that everything online was incorrect. They didn't have moat of the food shown online and i was told i was looking at the lunch menu which was not true, i was looking at the bar menu. They also don't have many options for non alcoholic drinks which is odd. I would not take kids there because they do not have any kid friendly options.

We love this hotel. It is overpriced but my husband is a car guy and likes the valets. The huge bathtubs are a plus - but not every room has them. The concierges can be kind of snooty and shady BUT I left my AirPods in the room after checkout and they called me back within 5 minutes to say they had them and holding them for me at the desk. The rooftop bar is a great setting in nice weather - if they’re busy the service can be a little slow

Couples trip. Just a quick birthday getaway. Was very impressed with staff and hospitality. Very cozy. Enjoyed local atmosphere. Definitely will be back. Very clean.

I booked accessible and didn’t get it, no refrigerator in room, ice machine broken, dirty glasses, said they had no other room, staff not helpful.

I enjoyed the high quality of everything from the check-in counter to the room itself. The staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the decor was cool.

Fire alarm going off 0123 26Dec22 was the worst experience; requiring dressing and going to the freezing lobby at 0126 to find out it was a false alarm. I couldn’t get to sleep until after 0400h for two hours. I want to be compensated for that time or refund my night payment.

Beautiful hotel. Given a room where the a/c did not work. Had to switch rooms. Prepaid for room & was charged again.

Lots of arts and interior design is attractive. Extra thins o do like spa, gallery and cooking school on site. Did not get to try rooftop bar or restaurant but have been told it is good! Definitely recommend for a trip to Birmingham, Alabama!
