Everything was great with the exception of the shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty

We have been coming here for a few years just as a night to get away and relax and it always great…. What started of great ended in disappointment. 130 am third floor party rooms were alittle too loud til 430-5am!! And to top it off the mouse in the ceiling above our room was going to town building a 4th floor!! We did not get much sleep and were tempted to check out at 330 am!
This is still our fave hotel but just dissatisfied with this stay and hotel should be checking floors at night after their policy of noise after midnight! Wish I could link videos of the noice and mouse.

Lots of confusion at check in. Assigned to wrong room in the computer. Had dripping AC in the room that swamped the floor. Breakfast was inconvenient to get and seemed to be an afterthought of the management. Not a very nice experience

From 12:30-3:30am- hallway was filled with drunk loud folks- very noisy. Surprised that you would charge for early checkin, room service and late checkout- seems like everything was extra that used to be standard. Shower and TV were too small. Shuttle only starts at 5:00. We ended up having to take a Lyft to get to Foxwoods for our event at 2:00.

It was a great experience for the mist part except someone was above our room walking heavily back and forth in the wee hours of the morning. Despite that, the hotel staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel was lovely and they had a shuttle to the Foxwoods Casino. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Good ol belissimo just how i remembered it rooms was clean great location for casino good value. Note very thin walls wouldn't recommend children

We had issues with the keys all weekend and I wasn’t a fan of not controlling the temperature in our room.

The pool was pretty dirty and overall the hotel wasn’t in great shape. We ended up getting really sick after we swam there for a couple days and the pool was full of hornets both living and dead lol. We still had a great time and honestly it wasn’t terrible for the price especially since it was one night. There was no food available at the hotel but lots of options nearby and it’s a beautiful area. Moving forward, though, I think I’d spend the $50-60 extra for the Hilton.

Went to check in at 1:10 on a Monday with hardly any other guests there and was told it would be a $39.00 charge. Sohad to come back after 2 pm. No breakfast but said there was a coffee bar. Also shuttle to Foxwoods only runs on weekends.That only consisted of a thermos of coffee, one of decaf and one of hot water. Beds were really soft, not good for back. Probably would find another place to stay if in area again.

It was comfortable and clean for our 4 day stay in Connecticut. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise from the heater/ac unit.

this was a pleasant place to stay for 4-5 days ,Very convenient location, fresh coffee in the lobby served daily, good quality bedding and towels and large screen TV in the rooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.
