First time going, nice experience!

The room is amazing. Spacious clean, and updated. We love the modern architecture and decorative style! Builds maps can be a bit confusing but should be able to get familiar pretty soon. Not a lot of people, not crowded. Which we LOVED! gives much more sense of privacy and peacefulness. Restaurants are very good. Dinners were amazing! Would be possible wait time for popular restaurants. Only wish if there were more lunch options( we loved Seasoul especially). Room service menu is somewhat basic. But I love the secret box they have in the room. They have a lot of pools and some more private tubs. Many swim up bars. There beach/ocean might not be the best views. Not as clear and blue. But we loved their pool options so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Many entertainment activities WiFi could definitely be better, as you will often get weak signals/disconnected. Service overall is great, everyone was welcoming and helpful. There are always people by the pool area to help with any needs. Did notice towards end of the day the beach towels might not get restocked. Just had some an incident where one of the guy working at pool side was trying to take our chair for some other guests and stated we can either be in the pool or on the chair not both. And took our drinks and stuff away as we are telling him to find some other chair for the other guests. Other than this one incident we had a great time.

Book at least 6 days… 5 was not enough. This place is amazing for a romantic get away.

Can not say enough good things about this resort!!!!! The preferred club is definitely worth it for the Observatory and rooftop pool alone, plus Hugo at the Observatory was the kindest and most attentive ever! The luxury at this resort was unmatched and I will definitely be coming back!

Great resort , great staff , great food , i wouldn't upgrade to preferred status staff n food are not to par in the roof top access area ,as the working staff in the restaurants , pool area , and housekeeping .

Everything was great staff, location, food, drinks, the suite was perfect. First adults only resort that we go to that it’s literally just adults no kids.

Beautiful resort, breathtaking views. We loved the aminities, pools/bars, spa, club lounge, theatre, etc..Our room was amazing with beachfront view. We paid the extra to have access to the club lounge, which is a private area on the rooftop where you can eat/drink and enjoy a private pool. There is a lot of restaurant choices which is great and it is also first come first serve, so no need to book ahead of time. However of the 2 restaurants we tried, the food was Ok..I was definitely expecting more quality/tasty food. So this was a bummer for me. Loved the fact that its adult only, there were people from all ages, mostly couples and from everywhere! Staff was friendly and offered great service. Overall very good experience. We will definitely return to a Secrets!
