Excellent hotel. Fantastic pool which is an oasis of calm, and is as pictured on line. The room was better than the on line photos, relaxing. Food very good. The position was excellent for the Silver Pagoda and palace.

We cannot rate this beautiful hotel highly enough. It’s spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, the location, the fantastic breakfast and the wonderful pool area with cabanas all made for such a memorable stay in Phenom Phen. A special shout out to the staff, especially Sopheak…I arrived at reception realising I’d left my iPhone in the taxi from the airport. I really thought I wouldn't see it again but the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to get it back for me. Sopheak made quite a few phone calls and didn't give up. That's great service. We highly recommend and it's also a lovely oasis away from the hustle and bustle with some nice cafes close by.

Breakfast was great, as were the cocktails. Restaurant has amazing meals! Staff are very friendly. The housekeeping staff are great, and do such an awesome job. Pool is fantastic.

When I stayed in your hotel that moment was the rain season in Phnom Penh. Sometimes if has heavy rain that was very inconvenient went to main building from my room as some areas were the open area. I think hotel must make improve of the facilities. I liked the dinner in hotel restaurant as very delicious but price was quite expensive.

Plantation Urban Resort and Spa is an oasis inside of a very very busy city!! The entire resort is clean and quiet. The food was delicious. The pool and spa were heavenly after spending an entire day out and about in the heat and humidity. Specifically, it is the staff that made my stay more memorable. When we walked into the lobby we were greeted with a beautiful area and loud construction… that said- we were upgraded to quiet area of the hotel and did not hear anything for the remainder of our stay. The pool, breakfast and the room were all wonderful. The area was right behind the national museum and very central to many spots and walkable to the riverfront.

Tea and coffee complimentary and 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was buffet and it had all the normal options. You could have lunch and dinner there too. We loved it, staff were accommodating and nice.

We loved our stay. Everyone was so kind and friendly. At night I wish there was a front door to the property but outside those hours felt very safe knowing there was a guard on duty
