No hot water for four days in the hotel eventually forced them to move us to main part of hotel. No warnings or information given to guests or offers of compensation. How a hotel doesn't have a 24 hour service agreement for its heating of hot water is absurd.

It's great place. Simple but with all what you need is here. Staf are very good and helpful. I recommend it 100%.

the hotel is fine (clean, staff is friendly, food ok). That being said, it's not a 4 star in Western European standards, for that the food should be better and the rooms more modern.

The staff at the restaurant and reception are not friendly as compare to the staff at Victoria olimp. Very less options for breakfast.

The great about this hotel is an immensely huge park right cross the road, spacious room/bathroom, great breakfast with choices, freshness and view of the park, 4 short stops of bus to town center. I will certainly stay in this hotel for my future trips. However, to be honest, there were quite a few getting-used-to for me initially. First, language barriers, the reception desk is better than the restaurant staff but it is a challenge to communicate from housekeeping, food to just simply directions to nearby surroundings. Google Translate saved me for multiple occasions. Second, I would expect from this level of hotel include in-room coffee and tea. Housekeeping provided a electrical kettle and I bought instant coffee and tea bags from nearby supermarket. Third, the staff is apparently not trained in hospitality. Any curtesy routine doesn’t work here. After 2 stays of more than 20 days, one of the housing keeping ladies is used to my routine and returns hello with a smile every time. I wouldn’t trade the greatness with just a few getting-used-to.

Room was nice, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is not right in the city centre but is not far out and is convenient for the WW2 museum.

The property was clean and convenient. Wifi worked well and was consistent. The restaurant at the property is mediocre and other amenities are non-existent. The fitness center is really poor quality and only open 7a-12p daily, which makes no sense. The pool and spa were both closed throughout my stay.

Manager must train the staff better especially speak English, you can’t holiday and at the hotel some members of staff not speaking English at all

The hotel is situated next to a road with quite some traffic, but it definitely was not noisy in my room. Bathroom was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. I’ve spent more money on less comfortable rooms in the past. Please note that this hotel is not located downtown Minsk, but across Victory Park, which is ideal if you enjoy a run in the morning. Walking to the city center will take about 15-20 minutes, but it is quite a relaxing walk.
