Everything was good. My only minor complaint is that I could hear the neighbor’s TV, but it wasn’t so loud to wake me up. I would stay again.

Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The toilet was dirty and the sink area was also not the cleanest. The nightstand also had food or something on it. But the linens were clean and the carpet as well. The front desk clerk at check in was really e and cery informative

We had a very good check in, the person was very knowledgeable. Our room was excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of food, however the service was not good. The eggs were gone and not replaced very quickly.

We always stay there because of the cleanliness and good breakfast and close to everything! Housekeeping is great and I want to give a HUGE shout out to our housekeeper named Phyllis, although we chose not to have any done while there, she was just the absolute sweetest and hugging and kindest lady I have met in so very long. Just a beautiful soul!! 😍 You really won't be disappointed here at all! The whole staff is super kind! We travel there often to see our daughter and grandsons and we love it!! ❤️

We always stay there because of the cleanliness and good breakfast and close to everything! Housekeeping is great and I want to give a HUGE shout out to our housekeeper named Phyllis, although we chose not to have any done while there, she was just the absolute sweetest and hugging and kindest lady I have met in so very long. I had to move rooms 3 times. Sheets were not clean and room was not clean. Finally got a good room

Bed was comfortable. Room could have been cleaned better. Not sure if they vacuumed as floor was dirty in areas in room and in hallway. Furniture was worn in areas throughout hotel.

The most comfortable bed of any hotel it was heaven like sleeping on a cloud. Clean room and nice people. Great value. Food has lots of choices.i always stay here in Wichita it’s awesome everything is great here

Checked in and went to our room to find towels on the bathroom floor, trash in the room, and the bed was not made. Called front desk and went back to get a different room and got a handicap accessible room when i did not need that, i paid extra for the suite that i originally booked and did not get that type of room. I have stayed at the property many many times, and has been a great place to stay, but this has been the first time this happened, its just frustrating when you pay extra for a suite and then do not get the room you paid for. and wasnt offered any type of discount to make up for the room change.

Evening check in staff was amazing. We enjoyed joking around with her. Beds were super comfy for us. Overall good stay.
