I will start off by saying the staff at the front desk at this hotel have little to no common sense or attention to detail. I am Greek and came here with my family for two days. I had booked two rooms for two nights. They said they could not find the second reservation, which was under the exact same name and the same credit card they made us call Expedia on the phone for an hour and then they said oh sorry we actually did find the reservation. Once we had already spent $200 to book another room. They were not apologetic they did not give us any compensation for the time and money we had spent trying to resolve a problem that should’ve been dealt with by them. Eva at the front desk was the most rude of them all. The pool was dirty and so were the floors in the room. Hair everywhere and the rooms were 25 degrees when we arrived. Save your money and time and book somewhere else.

Was disappointed we were allocated a lower ground room but have to say it was very stylish and comfortable. Pool area is nice but pool not very deep and limited seating.

I regret to inform you that I have contracted a severe infection due to the water in your pool. I am certain it is related to the contamination there, as I only got my legs wet, and this is the result. I have never stayed in such an unclean hotel, and I sincerely hope never to experience this again. Have a good day. It's pointless even to ask for a refund, but at the very least, I should be fully reimbursed.

Location location location. I stayed in two different rooms and both had amazing views. It’s a family owned and family run hotel. Beautiful and kind family. Whatever we needed or desired, from recommendations, car rental, late check out, airport transportation, they accommodated us. Will come back!
