I was at work from 6 AM to 3 PM during my stay but from 3:30 PM to 5:15 AM it was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable

Went to check in and they said I didn't have a reservation. Then was told that the manager called me cancelling my reservation. I never received this call. The guy tried fixing it by supposedly giving us the room that I booked, which was supposed to be 2 kings. He was also trying to give a discount. When we got in the room it was 2 queens. Husband went down to fix that and the guy wanted to charge more money. We decided to cancel all together and get a refund. The clerk was then trying to offer the original charge for the room we asked for, we said no. He also didn't want to give us a receipt showing the refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Place also smelled weird.

The (+) after the name of hotel it's useless. Little bit confusing because you expect more. I didn't use the AC because the control unit panel was damage. Staff not very friendly.

One and done with this hotel. They charge you a huge fine for smoking in your room if you are caught. However, the smell of marijuana on the elevator is overwhelming, and we could smell marijuana in our third floor room. They must have a marijuana growing somewhere or it’s ok to smoke weed in your room but not cigarettes. Will not be back. Also only had one door key that worked, and was not even offered the WiFi password at check in. They don’t have a continental breakfast. For what they charge, a continental breakfast should be offered.

Terrible towels, the bed squeaked. Ants in the bathroom. Bathtub either has rust stains or some other kind of stain. No soap in the soap dispenser by the sink. No breakfast. Room not ready an hour after check in time. Not worth the price we paid.

The room did not smell good and I had to wear my shoes any time I was off the bed because the floor was greasy and slick. If I wasn’t exhausted I would have left. Hotel rooms were nice, however the halls smelled like marijuana. And the hotel is not in the nicest area, though both of those things are out of the hotels control. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. This non smoking hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana all night. The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable. It needs painting throughout! Very dingy. Stairwells filthy with food and drink containers and nasty carpet.

I always have a good stay.

Towels were stained and dirty. No shower or hand soap. No coffee in common area and staff said manager is only one that can fill the grounds & she wouldn’t be there until 8am. This was at 5am. Tub was so slick we had to put a bath towel down for safety. Check in clerk was wonderful though.

The towels are horrible. They need to be replaced. They are not white anymore. The rug in the elevator also needs to be replaced. Curtains did not close all the way so it was extremely bright in my room the next morning.

It was a very good stay. I thought there would be some type of breakfast otherwise it was good.
The 3rd floor hallway smelled like smoke and some of the outside doors to rooms could use some touch up paint.
